Explore your spicy side with this sizzling inferno of color! Rich orange-y red and paprika melt into a fiery tonal skein inspired by Dante's classic tale journeying into the nine circles of hell. Decadent, hedonistic color is a satisfying treat for your hook or needles! It's the perfect autumn color, but looks stunning year round.
You won't believe the indescribable softness of these skeins! Part of a special batch of local, farm raised, free range alpaca yarn I acquired from a small farmer who was closing down their farm. I purchased the last of their alpaca yarns and was delighted to discover the richness of these skeins when dyed. All skeins were minimally processed by a small local mill when I purchased them, so please note that they are very lanolin-rich, even after dyeing and may have a slight "woolly" scent (which many people find quite lovely!). I have dyed and processed these yarns, with plenty of rinsing to avoid color transfer but without the use of soaps or any additional chemicals in order to preserve as much of the natural, "raw" feel as possible. These yarns are all natural and non-superwash, so please use only gentle hand washing for this yarn. I won't be able to get any more of these specific yarns, since the farm has since closed operations, so snap them up while you can!
